Compensation
- Base salary: Up to $140K (based on experience)
- Bonus up to 10% tied to hospital performance (historically strong payouts)
- Relocation assistance up to $10K
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day ICU operations
- Drive quality outcomes, patient safety, and staff engagement
- Develop and mentor nursing staff and emerging leaders
- Partner closely with physicians and executive leadership
What We’re Looking For
- RN State of North Carolina
- BSN required (MSN preferred)
- 3+ years leadership experience
- ICU background required
- Strong communicator with a team-first leadership style
