Why This Role
- You’ll lead a 19-bed ICU with a solid team already in place
- Oversee ~40 FTEs with support from supervisors, charge nurses and an educator
- The hospital is performing well and Level III Trauma designation is in progress

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading day-to-day ICU operations
- Driving quality, safety, and staff engagement
- Developing your team and building future leaders
- Partnering with physicians and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license State of North Carolina
- BSN required (Master's preferred)
- Clinical ICU RN background
- Minimum three (3) years ICU RN leadership experience
- Engaged, visible leader focused on ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality
