ICU Director
San Antonio, Texas

Our client is a large US healthcare system looking for an experienced clinical director to lead the ICU unit at this mid-sized facility. The director of the ICU assumes administrative and technical responsibilities for the ICU. This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas required or Compact Eligible.
  • 1+ years of experience as an RN in ICU.
  • 2+ years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
  • Must have ICU Director experience.
  • Acute care experience in a hospital.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience as an RN in ICU.
  • 3+ years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
