Nealy Pierce has been engaged by a growing community hospital near Chattanooga, Tennessee to recruit an inspirational and collaborative ICU Director (RN) to join its nursing leadership team!

About the Hospital and the Department:

• Growing 150+ bed community hospital that has served its community for over 50 years
• Joint Commission Accredited
• Position will manage a team of 25 FTE's across a mixed 12 bed Med/Surg ICU that treats a variety of patients including medical and surgical patients
• Reports to a transformational and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer

ICU Director (RN) Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• RN Active License State of Tennessee
• Minimum two (2) years of ICU leadership experience
• At least three (3) years of Critical Care/ICU nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Proven track record in leading and managing teams, improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement
• INSPIRATIONAL and collaborative leadership style is a must
