Clinical Coordinator – Behavioral Health / IBHS

Location: Upper Darby, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time

A leading behavioral health organization is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of a IBHS / clinical treatment program while providing leadership, supervision, and support to clinical staff. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, staff development, and positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support clinical and direct service staff
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, contractual, and agency requirements
  • Conduct staff training, supervision, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor program quality, outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, billing, and documentation processes
  • Maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders
  • Provide direct client services as needed

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health or related clinical discipline required
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate behavioral health experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Professional licensure and/or certification strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of behavioral health regulations, documentation, and clinical best practices
