What you will do:

As a Senior SailPoint Developer ( IAM) Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of securing and optimizing the company's identity and access management ecosystem. This high-impact role enhances security, reliability, and efficiency across IAM frameworks, ensuring seamless access control while mitigating risks. You'll lead the charge in refining and advancing IAM strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that strengthen identity governance and drive operational excellence.

  • Utilize strong hands-on skills to take charge of critical systems and lead a team in optimizing and securing the company's IAM solutions.
  • Develop SailPoint integrations, both custom and out of the box.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and management of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Ping Identity, shape MFA strategies, and lead SailPoint IGA projects.
  • Participate in strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and assess and implement new technologies.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation with collaboration tools like Confluence Wiki for systems configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.
  • May oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) deployments, ensuring systems are secure and compliant with frameworks like NIST and CIS.
  • Mentor junior engineers, lead technical teams, and clearly communicate IAM strategies across the organization.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience from an accredited university
  • 10+ years in IT with hands-on experience with SailPoint and other IAM technologies.
  • Proven expertise in developing SailPoint integrations, both out of the box and custom, is required.
  • Ability to develop integrations with IdPs using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC is desirable.
  • Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms like SSO, MFA, PAM, across on-prem, distributed, and SaaS environments, preferred.
  • Prior experience in core Java development.
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible.
  • Experienced with SaaS solutions and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) preferred.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, able to communicate with others at all organizational levels.
  • Certifications are highly preferred – CIAM, CISSP, IAM vendor specific certifications
