Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Hybrid Live Representative position in Greenville, SC. The Hybrid Live Representative will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a bubbly personality, and enjoy providing top-notch service. This hybrid role combines live interactions with customers and remote work, offering flexibility while maintaining high levels of engagement.

Responsibilities of a Hybrid Live Representative includes:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Accurately input and manage customer information, ensuring records are up-to-date and error-free.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve processes.
• Follow established scripts and guidelines while personalizing interactions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure optimal focus and performance.

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

• Hight School Diploma/ GED
• 2+ years in a remote/customer service environment
• Can type 40 words per minute.
• Demonstrates the ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in data entry and communication.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when needed.<Often?>
• Proactive attitude with the ability to stay on task without direct supervision.
• Stable and high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and proficiency in basic computer software.
