A rapidly expanding company in the solar energy sector is looking for a bilingual, hands-on HR Generalist to support its growing workforce across warehousing, installation, and operations. With over 150 employees—including 50+ hourly field workers—the company is scaling aggressively and aims to become a leading player in Puerto Rico’s renewable energy market.
🧩 About the Role
This HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and building strong relationships with frontline teams. Reporting to senior leadership, you will help drive employee engagement, compliance, and administrative excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR point of contact for hourly employees and team leads.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Assist in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.

Maintain HR records, handle benefits administration, and support payroll coordination.

Ensure compliance with Puerto Rico labor laws and company policies.

Contribute to HR projects that enhance communication, retention, and morale.
🧠 What We’re Looking For

1–5 years of HR experience, ideally in operational or field-based environments (solar, construction, logistics, or manufacturing).

Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working closely with hourly employees.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.

Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-moving company.
