Job Description
The Junior Human Resources Consultants will perform the following duties to address the administrative and resource management needs created by the increased recruitment targets:
File Management and Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal files for all CAF recruits undergoing training at CFLRS.
- Ensure that all required documentation is collected, organized, and securely stored.
- Conduct regular audits of personal files to confirm completeness and compliance with CAF administrative policies.
Support to Recruitment and Training Processes:
- Assist with onboarding processes, including the collection and verification of required documentation for recruits.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative support for recruits throughout their training courses.
- Provide data entry and updates in HR information systems to reflect recruits' progress and status changes.
- Provide data entry and updates in Pay Information systems to reflect recruits’ progress and status changes.
Resource Planning and Reporting:
- Generate reports on recruit progress, attrition rates, and file compliance for use by CFLRS leadership.
- Identify and communicate any discrepancies or issues in recruit files to appropriate supervisors for resolution.
Support the alignment of administrative tasks with the Strategic Intake Plan (SIP) to ensure recruitment targets are adequately supported

Language Capacity The Offeror must certify, in the space provided below, that the proposed resources can communicate in either English and French, both orally and in writing in each official language without assistance.

Experience The Offeror’s proposed resources must each have at least twenty-four (24) months’ experience providing client service support within the last five (5) years.
