Human Resources/Office Coordinator

Our client, with multiple clinic locations is searching for a Human Resources/Office Coordinator to provide excellent client service and administrative support within various Human Resources business processes for all of their locations.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.)
• Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
• Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
• Coordinate safety training sessions, site safety, audits, etc.
• Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
• Managing and updating all HR Policies and Procedures and departmental compliant systems and processes
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
• Processing payroll with Ceridian for up to 70 employees
• Benefits administration
• Tracking vacation, sick time
• Special projects as required including program development

Your strengths include:

• Minimum 3 years in human resources
• Previous experience in the medical industry is considered an asset
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources.
