Job Description
Hybrid, 1 day a week in office, unless stated otherwise. Notice of 1 week will be made for in office days. - Carling Campus, 60 Moodie Drive, Ottawa, ON
Salary: $35 - $55 based on experience
Scope of work:
The Senior Human Resources Staffing resource will provide administration and operational support in the areas of staffing, classification tracking, organizational structure maintenance, HR documentation, and SharePoint records organization.
Tasks:- Support the full hiring process, including reservist recruitment (REO), staffing package preparation, and completion of required forms
- Develop and revise staffing and recruitment policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Maintain organizational charts (Visio) and the CJFC Organizational Table
- Prepare classification documents (worksheets, CARFs, team charts, other forms) and track staffing/classification actions
- Set up and maintain HR file structures in SharePoint
- Provide guidance to employees, hiring managers, and senior management on HR policies, staffing procedures, and compliance with legislation
- Recommend improvements to screening, recruiting, hiring, and termination policies to ensure efficiency, fairness, and compliance

Must clearly demonstrate 8 years’ experience within the past 12 years developing and reviewing HR processes and strategies, within Government of Canada |

Must clearly demonstrate experience on a minimum of 15 staffing actions within the past 2 years. Out of the 15 staffing actions 4 must have utilized MS Visio to support classification and organizational design within the Government of Canada. At a minimum, the following must be provided for each project referenced: |
