We are currently assisting our client with a Human Resources Manager located near Greenville, SC. The successful candidate will be the strategic and operational human resources leader for a large manufacturing facility and be pivotal in the strategies and functions of the site. This is a highly visible, high impact position where a successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in the future success and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Functions as a member of senior management team setting strategic direction for the success and growth of all businesses
• Collaborates with business partners to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results
• Participates in the development and implementation of performance evaluation programs
• Implements an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level
• Addresses employee relations issues and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; a major in business, human resources, psychology or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years related human resources leadership experience, including a solid employee relations background
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing industries preferred

Total Compensation:

• $135,000 - $170,000
