Our Client is a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets.
This role will be reporting directly to Director of Human Resources.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Physiology or related field of study
• Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in 5 or 4 star hotels
• Experience working in the same or similar position
• Good written and spoken English
• High integrity, team player, competent, professional
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Strong in recruitment
• Think out of the box with a big-picture strategy
• Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, performance appraisal, reward & recognition, manpower rules & regulations
• Mature with positive behaviour as a role model
• Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, innovative and result-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and highly motivated
• Energetic and great personality
• Creative, dynamic, and innovative
• Can do attitude
• Hands on
