Human Resources Manager

We are partnering with a global manufacturing leader to identify an experienced HR Manager to serve on the Site Leadership Team supporting two facilities. This role will align HR strategy with business objectives while leading labor and employee relations (including union engagement), talent development, recruiting, and HR process improvement.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required (HR preferred); SHRM a plus

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing

• Prior plant HR leadership and union workforce experience strongly preferred

• HRIS/analytics experience (Workday a plus)

• Ability to influence leaders and operate effectively in a matrixed environment
