Key Responsibilities:

Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance.

Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Implement best practices in talent development, engagement, and retention.

Oversee HR policy development and ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.

Drive HR technology adoption and process optimization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in professional services or consulting.

Strong knowledge of Puerto Rico labor law and HR compliance.

Proven leadership and change management capabilities.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
