Our client is an established and respected international supplier of ingredients and specialty chemicals sold to manufacturers of food, beverage, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical products.
We are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to manage all the hiring, training, and departmental tasks for the company in the USA.

Candidate Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years minimum experience in a Human Resources Manager role with specific experience in the following areas: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Compliance
• 3 years minimum experience managing other people and subordinates.
• Prior experience working for a manufacturer or distributor of food and beverage products, nutraceuticals, vitamins, supplements, pharmaceutical products, or chemicals is desired
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• A confident and hard-working attitude.
• Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic personality.
