Job Description
Our client is an established and respected international supplier of ingredients and specialty chemicals sold to manufacturers of food, beverage, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical products.
We are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to manage all the hiring, training, and departmental tasks for the company in the USA.
Candidate Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years minimum experience in a Human Resources Manager role with specific experience in the following areas: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Compliance
- 3 years minimum experience managing other people and subordinates.
- Prior experience working for a manufacturer or distributor of food and beverage products, nutraceuticals, vitamins, supplements, pharmaceutical products, or chemicals is desired
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A confident and hard-working attitude.
- Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic personality.
