Our client, a well-stablished leader in their industry is seeking a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of all recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and compliance functions. This is a high‑visibility position that directly supports leadership and plays a central role in shaping the employee experience from first contact through long-term retention.
We are looking for a proactive, detail‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and brings structure, clarity, and consistency to HR processes across the company.
What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Recruiting

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple job families

Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams

Prepare offer letters and guide candidates through pre‑hire steps

Ensure new hires feel informed, supported, and ready on day one
Onboarding, Documentation & HR Coordination

Lead the onboarding process and maintain all required documentation

Organize and streamline HR files, records, and compliance materials

Manage employee relations documentation including EE warnings and corrective actions

Support administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements
HR Documentation & Compliance (OSHA & FMCSA)

Maintain OSHA logs, incident records, and required safety documentation

Support FMCSA compliance, including driver qualification files, required testing programs, and regulatory recordkeeping

Coordinate periodic reviews, audits, and updates to ensure ongoing regulatory readiness

Assist in implementing safety policies, training, and corrective action documentation

Ensure all compliance files remain organized, current, and audit‑ready
Payroll Administration

Manage all payroll inputs, updates, and employee changes

Review and approve time and attendance records, including PTO

Handle deductions, adjustments, garnishments, and wage verifications

Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries
General HR Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers

Support ongoing HR initiatives and process improvements

Collaborate cross‑functionally to maintain a positive and compliant workplace
What You Bring

Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

5+ years of HR experience, including full‑cycle recruiting and payroll
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment

Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus

FMCSA compliance knowledge is required
