Job Description

This is a temporary position, covering a maternity leave. Could be full-time or part-time, as long as the work gets done.

This HR Manager position requires a generalist with broad experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR in a one-person department that works closely with the management team. The HR Manager oversees hiring and terminations, benefit management, record-keeping, policy development and implementation. Payroll experience a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

The employee will be required to be fully vaccinated from COVID-19 and to physically work out of the Oakland office, Monday through Friday.

Must be familiar with ADP Workforce Now or have extensive experience with a similar software program.
