A well-known organization that focuses on global corporate events is looking to add a Human Resources Generalist to work out of their corporate office in the San Diego area. They are an innovative hospitality team who tirelessly seeks top-tier professionals, cutting-edge trends, and captivating atmospheres to craft unparalleled guest experiences. Main responsibilities will include employee relations, recruitment & onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and general human resources. Position Qualifications:
• 3+ years related HR experience in a corporate setting
• Experience with ADP a plus
• Strong working knowledge of HR functions, procedures, labor law compliance
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with kindness, tact and diplomacy
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources/Business Administration (or similar) preferred
• Ability to work on site Mon-Fri in their San Diego office
Compensation: $70,000 - 85,000 base, bonus program, comprehensive health, 401k with company match, flexible PTO and all major holidays off, maternity/paternity leave, disability, and much more!
