Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, including the generation of offer letters, terminations, and new hire packets with insurance and benefits.
- Generate offer letters and terminations for employees
- Prepare new hire packets, including insurance and benefits information
- Manage and maintain HR-related documentation and records
- Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement and recognition programs
- Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR investigations
- Partner with other HR team members and business leaders to provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
