Our Client is a property management giant; they have grown to include a complete range of Real Estate Services include Residential Rentals, Real Estate Brokerage, Property Management, Financial Services, and Construction and Development. As they continue to grow, they are now seeking an HR Business Partner to continue to support their Chief People Officer in the Ottawa area.
The HR Business Partner who has a proven track record of navigating through complex HR issues successfully. You will be supporting the Chief People Officer and working collaboratively with 2 other business partner and a Talent Acquisition Manager. Your role will be to provide HR services and supporting leadership teams across the organization with oversight of the recruitment process, communication and managing organizational change, and talent management. Your HR skills in employee engagement, on & offboarding along with performance & learning management will come in handy. Our client is a mid size company with HR challenges and opportunities. You will be able to discuss how you have collaborated with leadership to drive HR strategies and results, even if they weren’t popular.
The Ideal Candidate will bring a minimum of 8+ years working within an established HR department. You will be able to demonstrate progressive growth throughout your career, and either have worked at the Business Partner level or are ready to take the next step. We are looking for someone savvy, resourceful and a true problem solver than can help provide options. A CHRP designated candidate would be highly desirable, but post secondary education in Human Resources or Business is needed. You will be working for a dynamic HR Leader, so we are looking for someone who can bring the same energy & curiosity to their role. Understanding of HRIS is needed. Bilingualism would be considered an asset.
