We are seeking an HR Benefits Specialist to join the People & Culture team at a breathtaking resort in Central Florida, where exceptional service meets natural splendor. Guests enjoy a variety of luxury lodging options, championship golf, and world-class dining, all within minutes of some of the country’s most sought-after attractions.
This role will support the administration of Team Member benefits programs while serving as a key resource for employees regarding health benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and HRIS support. The People Benefits Specialist will play an important role in ensuring compliance, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and helping deliver a seamless and supportive Team Member experience across the resort.
Compensation & Benefits: $50,000 - $58,000, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, generous PTO, and additional Team Member perks.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or benefits administration preferred.
- 2+ years of experience supporting employee benefits or HR operations.
- Experience working within HRIS systems, such as UKG (UltiPro/Kronos), preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive Team Member information.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
- Guide new team members through benefits enrollment and onboarding.
- Manage benefits administration in UKG Pro, including updates, reporting, and payroll deductions.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefits questions and support.
- Coordinate open enrollment, benefits communications, and information sessions.
- Track and administer workers’ compensation, leave requests, and ADA accommodations.
- Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Partner with Payroll, Total Rewards, and leadership to support team member wellbeing.
