TASKS

The Junior Human Resources Assistant Consultant is to provide a full range of administration services. The required services may include but are not limited to the following:

Task 1: Develop, maintain, and update training schedules based on instructor availability, training requirements, and facility resources.

Task 2: Adjust schedules as needed due to changes in personnel, resource availability, or training priorities.

Task 3: Ensure that all training activities comply with organizational policies and timelines.

Task 4: Coordinate and align training activities and facility use with external agencies to ensure full compliance with Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School (CFLRS) schedules and training standards.

Task 5: Maintain accurate records of past and upcoming training events for reporting and auditing purposes.

Task 6: Collaborate with training coordinators and administrative staff to align schedules with operational demands.

Task 7: Analyze training schedules and resource deployment to detect inefficiencies, conflicts, and areas for improvement in support of optimized delivery aligned with organizational and CFLRS standards.
