Human Resource Recruiter

CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Specialist primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with senior administration and hiring managers to identify staffing requirements
  • Advertise job openings.
  • Prioritize open positions after consulting with executives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate if applicants meet position requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and follow up on interview statuses; communicate with candidates throughout process.
  • Process background checks for selected candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.
  • 2+ years recruitment, or human resources experience in a high volume environment.
  • Good computer; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
*** Salary - $65k-$75k *** depending on experience and education
