Our client, a well-established organization based in Trincity, is seeking to onboard an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Employment Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Location: Trincity
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement strategic HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Develop and drive the company’s people agenda, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Champion and strengthen Performance Management systems and initiatives.
- Assess, coach, and develop team leaders and managers to enhance leadership capability.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of the HRIS to ensure full utilization.
- Manage the talent review process and support succession planning and workforce strategy.
- Support Compensation and Benefits planning and structure.
- Provide guidance and manage Industrial Relations matters in line with local labour laws.
- Ensure Health and Safety policies and practices are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Direct and manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
- Develop, review, and maintain HR documentation in compliance with employment legislation, including:
- Invitation letters
- Disciplinary, warning, suspension, and termination letters
- Job descriptions
- Contracts of employment
- Employee handbooks
- Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
