Our client, a well-established organization based in Trincity, is seeking to onboard an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

Employment Details:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Location: Trincity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement strategic HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
  • Develop and drive the company’s people agenda, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Champion and strengthen Performance Management systems and initiatives.
  • Assess, coach, and develop team leaders and managers to enhance leadership capability.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of the HRIS to ensure full utilization.
  • Manage the talent review process and support succession planning and workforce strategy.
  • Support Compensation and Benefits planning and structure.
  • Provide guidance and manage Industrial Relations matters in line with local labour laws.
  • Ensure Health and Safety policies and practices are effectively implemented and maintained.
  • Direct and manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Develop, review, and maintain HR documentation in compliance with employment legislation, including:
    • Invitation letters
    • Disciplinary, warning, suspension, and termination letters
    • Job descriptions
    • Contracts of employment
    • Employee handbooks
    • Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
