Our client is the premier provider of outpatient surgery in the Greater Detroit area, with multiple locations throughout the region.

They have engaged our firm to identify, attract and retain the top human resource manager in the Greater Detroit Market to help lead their newly re-organized and re-energized seasoned human capital team.

The selected candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related.
• Minimum of five years of HR Generalist experience required.
• Experience in a Healthcare setting preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computers including MS Office.
• Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data.
• Must possess communication skills suited to a wide variety of audiences in both written and verbal capacities.
• Ability to recognize and process confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Must possess strong organizational skills.
