Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Development Manager to lead initiatives that enhance employee performance, foster professional growth, and build a culture of continuous learning. This role is pivotal in aligning talent development with organizational goals and driving long-term success through people. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Development Strategy:

  • Design and implement HRD strategies that support business objectives and workforce planning.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to address current and future staffing needs.
  • Establish strong employer branding and candidate experience.

Learning & Development:

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across all levels.
  • Track training participation and evaluate outcomes to support employee growth.

Leadership Development:

  • Create and manage leadership pipelines and succession planning initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and coach managers on effective feedback and development planning.
  • Support managers in setting SMART goals and conducting regular feedback sessions.
  • Identify and address performance gaps through training, coaching, or performance improvement plans.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on workplace issues.
  • Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and guide disciplinary actions.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS, and reporting systems.
  • Oversee leave management, attendance, and workforce scheduling.
  • Monitor and improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

HR Analytics:

  • Use data to assess training effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and inform strategic decisions.

Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure all HRD activities comply with labor laws and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRD, talent management, or L&D roles.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems (LMS).
