Job Duties

  • Provide strategic HR support and coaching to site leaders
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries
  • Administer performance management, talent planning, and engagement initiatives
  • Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations issues
  • Support development planning and facilitate growth conversations
  • Manage employee leaves in coordination with vendors and stakeholders
  • Lead frontline talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Support timecard management and attendance tracking
  • Maintain confidential employee documentation and HRIS data
  • Run KPI reports and analytics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate training programs and assist with HR training delivery
  • Implement culture development and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Participate in or lead company-wide HR projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or related role
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
