Human Resource Business Partner

Job Duties
- Provide strategic HR support and coaching to site leaders
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- Administer performance management, talent planning, and engagement initiatives
- Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations issues
- Support development planning and facilitate growth conversations
- Manage employee leaves in coordination with vendors and stakeholders
- Lead frontline talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Support timecard management and attendance tracking
- Maintain confidential employee documentation and HRIS data
- Run KPI reports and analytics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate training programs and assist with HR training delivery
- Implement culture development and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Participate in or lead company-wide HR projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or related role
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and facilitation skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
