HR Generalist - Tempe, AZ
Work closely with the HR Director and dealership General Managers developing positive relationships, supporting employee engagement, ensuring legal compliance. Create awareness and promote company culture and ensure employee and management satisfaction.
Outwardly be a positive advocate for the Company’s Human Resources (HR) team and human resources-related programs, policies and procedures; initiate ideas for improvements
Key functions you will perform:
Oversee various HR related functions including talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, legal compliance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Four or more years of experience

HRIS or SHRM Certification

Must possess strong computer skills in MS Office, including Microsoft Word, TEAMS, Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledgeable of HR legislation and regulation.

Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with different departments within the company and employees.

Committed to providing outstanding customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information.

Requires the ability to prioritize work, meet stringent deadlines, balance multiple tasks and work in a team environment.

Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment where personal initiative is a critical element to success.
