What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the customer success strategy for a portfolio of complex, cross-commodity accounts across the Middle East and wider global markets
  • Build deep, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders, delivering high-impact onboarding, reviews, and engagement plans
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive retention and identify upsell opportunities through insight-led planning
  • Influence roadmap direction by translating client usage patterns, workflow value, and feedback into product enhancements

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record in Customer Success roles, managing high-value, complex SaaS or data solution accounts (4+ years minimum)
  • Strong commercial mindset and strategic approach to customer lifecycle management
  • Experience navigating global B2B organisations and influencing senior stakeholders across regions
