Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseman to assist with the cleaning, maintenance, and overall upkeep of a residential building and its amenities in the Ward area. This position is responsible for ensuring common areas remain clean, safe, and presentable for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:

| Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Part-Time | Work Schedule: Friday - Saturday 3pm-11:30pm |
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseman to assist with the cleaning, maintenance, and overall upkeep of a residential building and its amenities in the Ward area. This position is responsible for ensuring common areas remain clean, safe, and presentable for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, elevators, lobbies, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash from designated areas
- Maintain the cleanliness of building amenities, including recreation and gathering spaces
- Wipe down surfaces, windows, doors, and fixtures as needed
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and restroom supplies
- Clean exterior common areas
- Respond to resident and management requests in a professional manner
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties including bending, walking, standing, and lifting
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance experience preferred
