Job Location: Honolulu	Compensation: $20/hour
Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Full Time	Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support the day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of our residential property. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.

The Housekeeper reports directly to the Office Manager and, in their absence, the General Manager.

Daily Responsibilities

• Vacuum hallway carpets on Floors 4 through Penthouse (PH)
• Sweep and mop floors on Parking Levels P1-P3, Lobby, Mailroom, and all elevator cabs
• Clean and sanitize all five elevator cabs
• Clean trash rooms on Floors 4-PH
• Wipe down trash chute doors on Floors 4-PH
• Empty trash receptacles in the Management Office, Recreation Deck, Pavilion, Pavilion Restrooms, and Parking Levels P1-P3
• Clean interior and exterior glass doors and windows throughout the property
• Wipe down tables and surfaces in the lobby area
• Sweep guest parking areas, recreation deck, and parking garage levels P1-P3
• Clean and wipe down fire cabinets and hose boxes
• Clean and wash down car wash areas

Weekly Responsibilities

• Transfer recycling bins from Parking Levels P1-P3 to designated recycling containers on P1

Monthly Responsibilities

• Assist with setup for Regular Board Meetings

Annual Responsibilities

• Assist with setup for the Annual Meeting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
