We are seeking a highly motivated Hotel General Manager for a beautiful limited-service hotel in Nashville, TN. This property is owned and operated by a fast-growing leader in hotel management – their growing portfolio is scheduled to double in the next few years. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in hotel operations as an Assistant General Manager or Director of Guest Services and be ready to take the next step in their career.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus, comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and a cell phone allowance.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel as well as day-to-day staff, management, and guests
- Be an ambassador for the hotel and management/ownership company
- Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service culture, maximized operations, and guest satisfaction
- Ensure that monthly financial outlooks are on target and accurate
- Be a driver of the hotel's culture and enhance employee morale
- Previous management experience in hotel rooms or housekeeping
- Experience with a well-respected brand (IHG, Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt)
- Ability to improve revenue and effectively manage costs
- Strong leadership qualities
