We’re searching for a dynamic and polished General Manager to lead this Brentwood hotel, a sleek, design-forward property catering to upscale business travelers and refined leisure guests. From weekday corporate clients to weekend families in town for youth sports, this role calls for someone who can navigate diverse audiences, elevate the guest experience, and drive financial success.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with direct communication to ownership and investor groups. You’ll need confidence, creativity, and the operational expertise to bring AC’s European-inspired brand to life in the heart of Brentwood.


What You’ll Do:

🌟 Inspire and Lead Teams

  • Build a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and hospitality across all departments

  • Mentor department heads and champion brand standards

  • Foster accountability and energy from the front desk to F&B to housekeeping

🍸 Deliver a Sophisticated Guest Experience

  • Oversee two bar-driven F&B outlets with a curated beverage program and small plates

  • Support flawless execution of corporate meetings and group events in stylish banquet spaces

  • Balance the needs of premium business travelers and elevated sports families

📊 Drive Financial Results

  • Manage all budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning with discipline

  • Optimize labor, control costs, and protect profitability across the hotel

  • Ensure all operations align with GOP and NOI targets

📣 Engage Sales & Community Partnerships

  • Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to attract Brentwood’s corporate market and regional events

  • Build local relationships with tournament organizers, business leaders, and key influencers

  • Promote F&B, events, and group business as primary revenue channels

📈 Communicate with Ownership

  • Provide regular reporting, performance insights, and strategic plans to local investors and corporate leadership

  • Balance stakeholder expectations with professional poise and responsiveness

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3–5+ years as General Manager or senior operations leader in a limited-service upscale or lifestyle hotel
✔️ Proven success in financial performance, F&B oversight, and guest satisfaction
✔️ Marriott experience preferred
✔️ Excellent communicator, polished professional, and natural team leader
✔️ Comfortable working at the intersection of high expectations, elevated design, and local interests
