About the Hospitality Crew role

We are recruiting two Hospitality Crew to join the private crew of a senior executive in Dubai. The Hospitality Crew will create a warm, elegant atmosphere for the principal and their guests across three locations: a private yacht, a seasonal desert camp and an event property. This Hospitality Crew position suits someone who enjoys hosting, has a keen eye for detail and is entirely at ease around VIP and high-net-worth guests.

Key responsibilities of the Hospitality Crew

• Welcome and host guests, creating a friendly, relaxed and elegant atmosphere
• Deliver food and beverage service to five-star hospitality standards
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests discreetly and promptly
• Keep guest areas tidy and presentation-ready at all times
• Help plan and set up events, gatherings and entertainment for guests
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the principal, guests and property

What we are looking for in our Hospitality Crew

• Previous experience in hospitality, yacht crew or hotels
• Knowledge of hospitality and service standards
• Confident hosting and entertaining VIP and high-net-worth guests
• Well-groomed, professional presentation
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Discreet, trustworthy and respectful of privacy
• Comfortable working at sea
• Basic STCW training is desirable, though the client will arrange and cover further certification where needed
