JOB TITLE: Hospitality Attendant
JOB SUMMARY
To provide efficient and professional hospitality support by ensuring meeting rooms, kitchens, and pantry areas are consistently prepared, stocked, and maintained to a high standard, with discretion when supporting executive meetings.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Executive and Daily Hospitality Support
- Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, ) for executives, including CEO and C-Suite members.
- Operate and maintain beverage equipment, including coffee
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous
· Meeting Support
- Set up meeting rooms and boardrooms for scheduled meetings with beverage
- Receive catering deliveries and ensure proper setup for breakfasts and luncheons, including wrapping cutlery and laying out serving wares as
- Work alongside external catering teams for special events as
- Clear and reset rooms after
- Arrange for linens to be sent to the
- Ensure the boardroom kitchen is maintained in a clean, orderly condition at all
· Kitchen and Bathroom Management – Executive Levels
- Maintain clean and organized kitchens, including washing and storing utensils, cups, and equipment, and regularly cleaning sinks, countertops, and dispensers.
- Ensure consistent availability of coffee, tea, Milo, milk, sugar, sweeteners, squeezy, soap sponges and hand towels.
- Request payment vouchers from the Coordinator for specialty vendors iand arrange collection with the Company Courier.
- Ensure bathrooms are properly stocked with toilet paper, interfold, and non-foaming hand soap.
- Complete daily checklist and weekly stock check report and advise the Coordinator on replenishment needs.
- Report any maintenance issues for the attention of the Facilities

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hospitality or a similar
- Experience supporting executive environments is an
- Ability to operate beverage equipment (e.g., coffee press).
