With 50+ licensed beds and an additional 30+ beds at our sister facility, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care. We’re looking to revitalize our growth and enhance our community presence by bringing on a dynamic Hospital Liaison.
Role Summary: As our Hospital Liaison, you'll be the face of our facilities, directly engaging with local hospitals and case management teams daily. Your primary goal will be increasing our census through active admissions engagement and relationship-building, while also collaborating effectively with Directors of Nursing at both locations.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily presence at local hospitals to facilitate admissions.
- Cultivate relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, and clinical teams.
- Work closely with Nursing Directors across two skilled nursing facilities to manage admissions processes effectively.
- Report directly to Regional Vice President, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Background in healthcare (Nurses, Rehab Directors, Medical Social Workers, and similar roles encouraged).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
