The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and account management, with experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in hospital systems across MN & IA.
  • Sales Growth: Upsell and expand the utilization of diagnostic testing services within existing hospital accounts, identifying opportunities for additional services or new test offerings.
  • Client Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
