Executive Director – Hospice Operations

Flagler & Volusia Counties, Florida

A mission-driven, faith-based hospice agency within a 92,000+ caregiver health system is seeking an experienced Hospice Administrator to lead multi-county operations.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a growth mandate.

The Executive Director will own:

  • Strategic direction and market expansion
  • Full financial accountability and P&L performance
  • Census stability and length-of-stay optimization
  • SNF, ALF, and physician referral development
  • Regulatory compliance and Joint Commission readiness
  • Board-level reporting and executive visibility

Ideal Background:

  • 7+ years healthcare leadership
  • 3–5+ years hospice leadership
  • Demonstrated census growth
  • Experience developing longer stays
  • Proven marketing success to SNF/ALF/physicians
