Executive Director – Hospice Operations

A mission-driven, faith-based hospice agency within a 92,000+ caregiver health system is seeking an experienced Hospice Administrator to lead multi-county operations.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a growth mandate.
The Executive Director will own:
- Strategic direction and market expansion
- Full financial accountability and P&L performance
- Census stability and length-of-stay optimization
- SNF, ALF, and physician referral development
- Regulatory compliance and Joint Commission readiness
- Board-level reporting and executive visibility
Ideal Background:
- 7+ years healthcare leadership
- 3–5+ years hospice leadership
- Demonstrated census growth
- Experience developing longer stays
- Proven marketing success to SNF/ALF/physicians
- Program builder mindset
