Home Health Sales Executive

We are seeking a high-energy, compassionate Home Health Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role entails promoting our home health programs and services by building strong relationships within the healthcare community in Austin and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a background in home health care with a proven track record and established local networks. Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other potential referral sources.
  • Promote home health services to increase referral rates and community engagement.
  • Implement strategic sales and marketing tactics to expand reach and penetration in the designated territory.
  • Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations detailing the benefits of our services to potential stakeholders.
  • Attend regional conferences and professional meetings to promote company services and gather market intelligence.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to healthcare providers.
  • GPS and adapt sales strategies based on market findings and company goals.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of recent Home Health Sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong network of established referral sources within the Austin area healthcare community.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using contact management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
