Summary of Position Responsibility:
The Home Health Administrator, under the supervision of the Vice President of Home Health, coordinates and supervises the day-to-day operations of the Home Health team. Ensures delivery of consistent, world- class and continually improving home health services in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. In collaboration with Learning & Development and Human Resources, ensures success and development of Home Health team members.
Education & Formal Training Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN), Health Administration, or related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications, Licenses & Registrations Required:
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Valid Auto Insurance required.
Job Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership and/or supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical or administrative home care experience.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Driven by excellence.
- 300 lives or larger leadership experience.
- Six Sigma or process improvement.
