- 5+ years of progressive experience in home-based care or related healthcare operations.
- Active RN or PT license (state-issued)
- Strong command of clinical operations, compliance, and financial oversight
- The ability to lead teams, influence outcomes, and partner cross-functionally with HR and talent teams
- A Master’s degree is preferred, but not required.
