Who This Role Is Built For This role is ideal for a leader with:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in home-based care or related healthcare operations.
  • Active RN or PT license (state-issued)
  • Strong command of clinical operations, compliance, and financial oversight
  • The ability to lead teams, influence outcomes, and partner cross-functionally with HR and talent teams
  • A Master’s degree is preferred, but not required.
