Office and Accounting Assistant

Part-Time role (20 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Controller in Day to Day Accounting Functions including A/R , A/P and payroll
  • Till balancing including Credit Card/Debit Reconciling
  • Entering Inventory Information Accurately into the System
  • General Administrative Duties as required, including Answering Phones and Fill in Reports when required

Requirements:

  • Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy
  • Computer Savvy with proficiency in Excel
  • Quick Learning with ability to Take Direction
  • Team Player with a ‘Can-Do’ Attitude
