Focus:
- Develop and design electrical systems for mission-critical facilities
- Conduct power system studies and analysis for complex infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs into larger systems
- Provide expert consultation on power distribution, generation, and backup systems
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, codes, and client specifications
- Contribute to the development of innovative power solutions for high-demand environments
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in power systems
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with appropriate professional engineering certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical system design for critical infrastructure
- Expertise in high-voltage power systems and alternative energy technologies
- Strong understanding of power generation and distribution for high-reliability environments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts
- Excellent project management skills
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Experience with on-site power generation systems and selection criteria
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in system design
