5.0 TASKS

All work performed must meet DND data security standards and policies. The Contractor Resources must provide the following work on an “as-and-when-requested” basis as specified in individual Task Authorization (DND626). All tasks performed by the Contractor’s Resources must be performed as requested by the Technical Authority (TA).

5.1 The Operations Support Specialist – Level 2entitled DRMIS Site Manager must perform ERP Customer Support Services to support operations related to AEPM DRMIS ERP, ERKS, and other divisional IT applications. The DRMIS Site Manager must support and monitor user needs for the SAP/DRMIS applications and improvements to the related business processes.

5.1.1 Specific services required. The DRMIS Site Manager must assist the ERP Customer Support Services section by providing the following services:

  1. Providing site management support to all DRMIS users in the division and sometimes to RCAF organizations;
  2. Performing business analyses of functional requirements to identify DRMIS User information, procedures, and decision flows, all aligned with DND security policies;
  • Monitoring and correcting DRMIS users profile changes;
  1. Evaluating existing procedures and methods, identifying and documenting item additions or corrections to perform routine related operational activities;
  2. Applying and recording work in document management (eDOCS/RDIMS) in accordance with Aerospace or Air Force Quality Management Standards (AS9100 / AF9000);
  3. Following applicable DND work procedures (e.g., Quality Management Systems procedures); and
Any other Work that is related to the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Operations Support Specialist category.

MT2.1

The Bidder’s proposed resource must hold one of the following:

college diploma or certificate in engineering, science, or a related technical field, or equivalent training/ experience.

MT2.2

The Bidder’s proposed resource must possess sixty (60) months within the last one hundred and twenty (120) months in reporting and monitoring incidents within IT applications and supporting improvements to related business processes.

MT2.3

The Bidder’s proposed resource must possess a minimum of thirty-six (36) months of demonstrated experience in the last sixty (60) months with the following specialty applications:

a. SAP Solution Manager

b. SAP Plant Maintenance

Experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been gained on versions of the listed software released in the last sixty (60) months.
