Help Desk Analyst

Location: Corp HQ Irving, TX

2 Openings - 12 month Contract / CTH

Full time contractor –Must be flexible on Days / Hours

Pay: $19.50 W2 (Insurance benefits offered)

Job Details:

  • Initial point of contact for customers via telephone and self-service incidents to provide technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
  • Provides technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications.
  • Assists with navigating around application menus, may be required to remote into customer's devices.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, working with remote employees on a corporate network.
  • Ensures incidents are escalated to appropriate third party resolvers, following up on status as required.
  • Ensure proper management of incidents through resolution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Retail/POS System experience a plus
  • Experience with Service Now or other ITSM system a plus
  • Must be able to pass background screen and drug test
