Help Desk Analyst
Location: Corp HQ Irving, TX
2 Openings - 12 month Contract / CTH
Full time contractor –Must be flexible on Days / Hours
Pay: $19.50 W2 (Insurance benefits offered)
- Initial point of contact for customers via telephone and self-service incidents to provide technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
- Provides technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications.
- Assists with navigating around application menus, may be required to remote into customer's devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, working with remote employees on a corporate network.
- Ensures incidents are escalated to appropriate third party resolvers, following up on status as required.
- Ensure proper management of incidents through resolution.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Retail/POS System experience a plus
- Experience with Service Now or other ITSM system a plus
- Must be able to pass background screen and drug test
