Heavy Equipment Rental Sales Representative

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - HEAVY EQUIPMENT LEASING AND SERVICES
NASHVILLE, TN

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our heavy equipment leasing and services team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling leasing solutions and service packages for construction, industrial, and heavy machinery equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the heavy equipment market

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction firms, and industrial clients

  • Present leasing and service solutions tailored to client needs

  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts

  • Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new equipment technologies

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, construction services, or leasing

  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment types, usage, and maintenance needs

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Background in construction, equipment rental, or fleet management
