Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Heavy Equipment Rental Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Nashville, TN location. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in equipment rentals, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for customer service. This role is responsible for managing daily branch operations, driving revenue growth, maintaining equipment, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive rental revenue and profitability.
  • Manage a team of rental coordinators, mechanics, and support staff, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize rental opportunities.
  • Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance, and availability to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare financial reports, track KPIs, and manage the branch budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance skills and performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the equipment rental industry or a related field.
  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, rental processes, and fleet management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and rental management software is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and implement cost-effective strategies.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong business acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
