What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations—ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
  • Mentor and guide crews, subcontractors, and suppliers with your leadership and expertise.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage site documentation, and communicate progress with internal teams.
  • Solve challenges proactively—big-picture thinking on-site.
  • Drive project closeouts and lessons-learned sessions to build continual improvement.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years managing heavy-civil or infrastructure projects.*
  • Experience with underground utilities (wet and dry), earthwork, asphalt paving are all a plus
  • Strong leadership style: high energy, self-driven, and professionally minded.
  • Adept with relative software tools to do the job.
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable motivating diverse teams.
  • Valid driver’s license and field-ready safety mindset.
  • Bonus: bilingual capabilities, or experience with large-scale, complex civil builds.

This position requires 100% travel throughout Arizona. Schedule is Mon-Thurs (four 10 hours shifts per week)
