What You’ll Do

  • Learn how to source, connect with, and recruit healthcare professionals nationwide

  • Use tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and cold outreach to build your candidate pipeline

  • Screen applicants to understand their background, goals, and fit for open positions

  • Set up and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Guide candidates through the process from application to offer acceptance

  • Work with our team to meet hiring goals and learn the art of recruiting and sales

  • Manage your progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)

Who We’re Looking For

  • No prior recruiting experience required—but customer service, sales, or healthcare experience is a big plus

  • Strong communication skills and comfort talking on the phone

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your day in a remote work setting

  • Coachable, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions

  • Committed to building a long-term career in recruiting

  • Passionate about making a difference in underserved communities
